The Challenge

The client's IT team had been managing cloud infrastructure on ad-hoc knowledge for 3 years. Rapid business expansion required a team that could confidently architect, deploy, and manage AWS environments to enterprise standards. The company needed 20+ staff certified before their AWS workload migration deadline.

Our Approach

Corespec designed a 6-week intensive AWS Cloud Practitioner programme structured into 3 phases: foundations (weeks 1–2), hands-on labs (weeks 3–4), and exam preparation (weeks 5–6). Participants received access to Corespec's AWS sandbox environment for live practice. Daily quizzes and weekly mock exams were used to track readiness.

• AWS core services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM)
• Cloud security principles
• Billing and cost management
• Shared responsibility model
• Architectural best practices
• Exam technique and time management

The Result

94% of participants passed on first attempt. The remaining 6% passed on second attempt within 2 weeks. The client's cloud migration project proceeded on schedule. Three participants were subsequently promoted to Cloud Engineer roles within 90 days of certification.
